Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN license in_state or compact preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per the nursing process.
• Document assessments and changes in condition to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Document patient care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
