BayCare Health System in Winter Haven seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Cardiac team at Winter Haven Hospital. The RN will provide direct patient care, ensure safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans on a Med/Surg Cardiac unit.

Responsibilities include coordinating with care providers, updating plans of care with patients and families, and contributing to a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and update plans of care.
• Maintain patient safety and quality outcomes on a Med/Surg Cardiac unit.
