Job summary

Research Medical Center in Kansas City is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the EP Lab. The RN will provide direct patient care to adults undergoing cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures, with responsibilities from pre-procedure prep to post-procedure recovery.

The role requires RN licensure (Diploma/Associate/BSN) and completion of ACLS within 6 months and BLS within 30 days. No travel is required and no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with a Diploma/Associate or BSN.
• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of start.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• No travel required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults in the CV Lab.
• Prepare patients for and recover from cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor during conscious sedation.
• Document procedures and communicate with physicians and families.
