Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support the Charlottesville territory. The role requires travel within the region and occasional after-hours coverage. A valid driver's license and insurance are required.

You will educate clinicians on CRM therapies, perform device checks, coordinate patient documentation, and collaborate with sales to meet objectives. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma plus 6+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 4+ years, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in healthcare, field sales, or related math/science/compute domain.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, perform system checks and interrogations, assist with implants and troubleshooting.
Coordinate operational support including patient documentation, inventory, and resources; manage programmer software and daily coverage logistics.
Educate physicians and hospital staff on CRM products and solutions; onboard and develop new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
Travel extensively within the territory to support customer clinics and meetings.
