Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a field-based clinical expert to support CRM devices across hospitals and clinics in the Little Rock, AR area. You will serve as the clinical lead during implants, follow-ups and programming, and provide hands-on education to healthcare professionals.

Jointly with hospitals, you will drive patient outcomes and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include a minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience in medical device sales, clinical education or clinical research.
• Ability and willingness to participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow-ups, device programming and troubleshooting.
• Deliver education and training to health care professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and ORs to support patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff to foster trust.
• Address customer needs and collaborate cross-functionally to support patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory per company guidelines to ensure readiness.
