Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients, supervise exercise sessions, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies in a dynamic inpatient/outpatient program.

Requirements include RN license in NJ, BSN preferred, 1–3 years in cardiac rehab or related fields, and BCLS/ACLS upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• NJ RN license required upon hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients.
• Supervises exercise sessions and monitors patient responses to exercise.
• Monitors blood pressure pre- and post-exercise and observes telemetry.
• Initiates ACLS measures and other emergency care per policy.
• Records initial assessments and daily patient progress.
• Provides patient education using the interdisciplinary teaching record.
• Attends staff meetings and participates in ongoing education.
• Maintains RN licensure and clinical knowledge in Cardiac Rehabilitation.
