Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Miami Hospital in Miami, OK is seeking a Day Shift, Full-Time Staff Registered Nurse for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab. The role focuses on delivering and documenting high-quality patient care in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a multi-state license via compact (eNLC) is required.
• BLS certification issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire (Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS) is required.
• Certifications and competencies may be required based on service line skill.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions and plan of care.
• Develop and implement a care plan for patients.
• Perform and document nursing interventions; evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff in the unit as assigned.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students and assist in training as appropriate.
