Synergy Lifestyle Center Jacksonville seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver the Nutrition element of its Ornish Reversal Program (Intensive Cardiac Rehab) and monitor nutritional adequacy for each participant. You will oversee the program's food service and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nutrition or Dietetics, RD licensure (CDR) and state requirements; Master’s degree and plant-based nutrition experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required; Master’s preferred.
• Registered Dietitian with CDR licensure and state-specific license as needed.
• Experience in food service and nutrition education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nutrition education, counseling, and coaching per prescribed program guidelines.
• Assess nutritional adequacy and monitor adherence for participants.
• Oversee program food service and meal planning for the Ornish Reversal Program.
• Document education, consultations, and weekly goals; attend weekly team meetings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans.
