Qualifications

• Valid Wyoming State Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Accredited Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program.
• BLS and ACLS Certification.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the mission, vision, and values of Weston County Health Services (WCHS).
• Provides nursing support for the Cardiac Rehab Program, including patient monitoring and intervention during sessions.
• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects.
• Monitors and records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Orders medical diagnostic tests as required and reports changes to medical staff.
• Assists in completing required reports and program reviews.
• Maintains professionalism and a clean, safe working environment.
