Job summary

Providence Newberg Medical Center is seeking a cardiac rehabilitation specialist to deliver care for phase 2 and 3 patients and to support educational classes and community programs. The role supports the Heart and Vascular Institute and works with a team to provide patient-centered care.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field and BLS certification; a Master's Degree and 3 years of outpatient Cardiac Rehab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field is required.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in outpatient Cardiac Rehab services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care for cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 and 3 clients.
• Support the Heart and Vascular Institute primary and secondary prevention programs, educational classes, and community presentations.
