Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Cardiac Rehabilitation or related field.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Experience interpreting GXTs, formulating and updating personalized exercise prescriptions, and risk factor modification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.
• Provide instruction on and monitoring of exercise therapy.
• Develop and consult on individualized exercise prescriptions.
• Deliver exercise and risk factor modification education in both individual and classroom settings.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians, including initial assessments and ongoing updates.
