Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Cardiac Rehabilitation or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in same or related field.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.
• Clinical: Provide instruction on and monitoring of exercise therapy.
• Clinical: Develop and consult on individualized exercise prescriptions.
• Clinical: Deliver exercise and risk factor modification education in individual and classroom settings.
• Clinical: Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians.
• Administrative & Educational: Supervise student interns and serve as a resource to the multidisciplinary team.
