Job summary

Applicants should have NC RN licensure with BSN; MSN preferred and nursing certification preferred. 3–5 years of nursing management experience required, with at least 1 year in a management role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina (required).
• BSN degree required; MSN or related master’s preferred.
• Nursing certification preferred.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing management experience required.
• 1 year of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise clinical operations to provide care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and throughput.
• Monitor compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
• Lead performance improvement and quality control initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing and resource management.
