Job summary

Kingman Healthcare is seeking a Cardiac & Pulmonary Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in our cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program. You will assess patients, monitor vitals, educate families, and support recovery throughout the rehab process.

This role requires Arizona RN license, BLS and ACLS, 2 years RN experience with cardiac/ICU exposure, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team in a busy rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma program graduated.
• Certification/Licensure: Arizona RN license or compact state RN license; BLS & ACLS certificates.
• Experience: 2 years RN; 1 year with cardiac, ER, or ICU patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients in cardiopulmonary rehab.
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry during exercise; respond to adverse events.
• Communicate progress and changes in condition to physicians and team.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care and refer to other professionals as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment and supervise support staff.
• Maintain certifications and engage in ongoing professional development.
