Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct rehabilitation services for cardiac and pulmonary programs.
• Monitor vitals, prescribe exercise, and perform initial evaluations including 6-minute walk tests.
• Document charts, write clinical notes, track data and outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor students completing internships in the program.
