Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, advocate for patients and families, and apply nursing models to guide assessment, intervention, teaching, and management.

The role requires 1 year of experience, current RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the EHR.
• Provide patient-centered care and respond to requests promptly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan and manage care.
