Qualificações

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN status with an associate or bachelor degree is required.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a cardiac progressive care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition on admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and document care accurately in the medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and educate patients and families.
• Educate patients about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up, translating complex medical terminology when needed.
