This role requires at least 2+ years of experience in cardiac surgery, functioning as a Surgical First Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting in the operating room, conducting inpatient rounds, and performing endoscopic vein harvesting. Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience as a surgical first assist.
Experience in cardiac surgery is preferred.
Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
Responsibilities
Functions as a Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room.
Performs endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH).
Conducts daily inpatient rounds in ICU and stepdown units.
