Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Perfusion Program.
Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field.
Current Perfusionist licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oklahoma.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during cardiac surgeries.
Select and prepare appropriate perfusion circuits and prime solutions based on patient and procedural needs.
Prepare, calibrate, test, and maintain heart-lung machines and related equipment.
Monitor patient status throughout cardiopulmonary bypass procedures.
Administer and monitor pharmacologic agents as required.
