Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Cardiac Med Intermediate RN to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will apply the nursing process, monitor cardiac and respiratory patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).
• Must maintain an RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
