This role involves direct patient care, critical assessments, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Division 2100 is a high-risk cardiology unit caring for patients with conditions like congestive heart failure, LVADs, post-cardiac device, EP, and stent procedures. The Staff Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in patient care, requiring BLS certification and ACLS certification within one year.
