Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the surgical suite with instruments, equipment, and supplies for safe, efficient procedures
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while protecting comfort and safety
• Scrub in and assist the surgeon by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating team needs
• Monitor equipment and patient status during procedures and act quickly when needed
• Maintain a sterile field, ensure thorough room turnover, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
