Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia; ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience with demonstrated competence on RN I performance expectations.
• New graduate focus on developing knowledge and skills for increasingly complex patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, efficient care using the nursing process.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and transitions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and colleagues at all levels.
• Support shared governance and ongoing professional development.
