Job summary

The Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for the Cardiovascular MRI program in Baltimore, MD. You will perform Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging, focusing on cardiac studies, to assist radiologists in delivering accurate diagnostic information.

Qualifications

• Must have AMA approved radiologic technology program completed (2 years).
• One year of imaging modality experience preferred.
• ARMRIT or ARRT certification with current registration is required.
• CPR certification required within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of organs and systems, with emphasis on cardiac MRI.
• Provide radiologists with high-quality images to support diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with radiology team to ensure protocol-driven imaging and patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Skills

One year imaging experience

Education

AMA approved Radiologic Technology program (2-year)
