You will answer inbound calls and emails about device use and portal workflows, troubleshoot issues using approved tools, and collaborate with field teams and Tier II specialists to keep clinics running smoothly and patients supported during monitoring.

Qualifications

• Problem solving and explaining technical and medical concepts clearly.
• Comfort with phone, email, and case work with clear documentation.
• Balance empathy with action in a time-sensitive healthcare environment.
• Healthcare customer service, medical device or portal support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails about device use, portal workflows, and monitoring processes.
• Troubleshoot cardiac device, workflow, and portal issues using structured steps and approved tools, then resolve or escape with sound judgment.
• Partner with field teams and Tier II specialists to keep clinics running smoothly and patients supported throughout their monitoring sessions.
