• Uses the hospital charge system and helps identify nursing charges.
• Answers telephone lines and takes messages promptly and politely.
• Maintains admissions, transfers, and discharges documentation.
• Participates in Performance Improvement Program and quality activities.
• Prints reports as required using the computer system.
