Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and manages unit functions during their shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC oversees nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

What you will do in this role:

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient, quality care.
• Participate in quality assessments of patient care services.
• Collaborate to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support a patient-first approach and service recovery.
• Implement strategies like employee rounding to improve engagement.
• Contribute to hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage supplies and equipment.

Qualifications Needed:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• RN Diploma
• BCLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start)
• ACLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of start)
