Job summary

Memorial Hospital Shiloh, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a RN for Med Surg Cardiac on the 5th floor to provide direct patient care for adult medical/surgical and telemetry patients. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and collaboration with the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality care.

Requires RN licensure and nursing diploma/associate's; BSN preferred. PRN with shift differential and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• BSN preferred for role.
• Med Surg and/or Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medical/surgical/telemetry patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the interprofessional team.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Document plans of care and ensure clear communication across care continuum.
