Qualifications

• CET and BLS certifications are required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with IL license (IDFPR).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes clinical excellence through nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Assess patients via interview, observation and physical exam to identify outcomes.
• Develops individualized care plans with patient/family and health-care team.
• Document and monitor patient progress towards outcomes each shift.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and utilize resources as needed.
• Promote patient and staff safety through proper use of equipment and adherence to policies.
