Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is hiring a day shift, full-time Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the Cardiac Interventional Unit. You will work under nursing and medical staff to provide basic patient care and support daily activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Preferred experience includes 1 year in acute or long-term care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs.
• Observe patients' progress and report findings toRegistered Nurse or other medical staff.
• Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens as needed for lab tests.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Work under the direction of nursing and medical staff to deliver basic patient care.
