Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of clinical status
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans using the nursing process
• Deliver direct bedside care, including administering medications and performing ordered treatments
• Monitor for changes in cardiac conditions and respond according to established protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and support patient needs
• Educate patients and families and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
