Job summary

Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team across IMCU, CSICU, and Cath Lab. A Nurse Residency program supports new graduates, with automatic enrollment.

Base pay ranges from $41.93 to $61.01 per hour, plus shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition assistance). Virginia RN license or multi-state eligibility is required or eligible; BLS and ACLS within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required.
• Virginia RN license or multi-state eligibility.
• BLS within 90 days; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• BSN preferred; new graduate residency available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across IMCU, CSICU, Cath Lab, and related units.
• Participate in rotations and patient care for cardiac services.
• Engage in Sentara Nurse Residency program and ongoing skills development.
