Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Experienced ICU RN for the Cardiac ICU at night Shift. You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality, aligned with Mercy standards and values.

The role requires RN licensure in the hiring state, a nursing degree, and BLS certification. Expect a 7:00pm–7:30am schedule with a $20/hr WEO differential and opportunities for tuition support and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
