Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 8-bed Cardiac ICU in Charlotte, NC, joining a fast-paced, specialized team caring for critically ill cardiac patients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of ICU experience. You will collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care, and provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year relevant ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to promote optimal health.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill cardiac patients.
