Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Patient Support Technician for the Cardiac Critical Care Unit at Trinity Health Oakland Campus. This full‑time role supports the care team under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and coordinates unit flow.

Working 7:00 pm–7:00 am, every other weekend and 3 holidays, you will perform bedside care, basic ADLs, vitals, venipuncture, EKGs, and documentation, with DailyPay as an available option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 6 months direct patient care experience in past 5 years.
• Completion of a Patient Care Technician program with externship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic bedside care under RN supervision, including vitals and procedures.
• Performs ADLs and basic nutritional support as appropriate.
• Documents care and reports life‑threatening changes to the nurse.
