Job summary

The Valley Hospital-Paramus is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient care across age groups and families, with orientation on day shift then moving to night shift. The role requires licensure in New Jersey, a BSN, and current BLS/ACLS.

You will work within a multidisciplinary health system, delivering compassionate care in Cardiac ICU/Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current New Jersey nursing license or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• BLS & ACLS required through American Heart Association.
• Cardiac ICU Fellowship will start February 2027.
• Cardiac/Telemetry & Med/Surg experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide varied patient care tasks in accordance with licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (MDs, Rehab, Respiratory, DI, Laboratory, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective time management and strong documentation for quality patient care.
