Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Less than 1 year of post-graduate experience is typical for new grads.
• Direct patient care experience preferred.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs core nursing care in the CCU with a focus on cardiac patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Documents care and participates in performance improvement and governance.
• Supports patient and family education and discharge planning.
