The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of EP Tech experience, holds an Associate Degree, and is either a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist or Registered Radiographer. The position offers a days schedule with rotating weekends, a competitive compensation between $29.56 - $40.65/hr, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care EP Tech experience required (new graduates also considered).
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) with Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Overview

A Cardiac EP Technologist (Electrophysiology Tech) opportunity is available in Fort Walton Beach, FL at a 267‑bed hospital offering an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, Cancer Care Center, open‑heart surgery, and a full emergency services network that includes a main ER, a pediatric ER, and two freestanding ERs.

Role

Working under general supervision, the EP Technologist prepares patients and equipment and directly assists physicians in performing electrophysiology procedures. The position requires competency across a broad adult and geriatric patient population. The technologist is responsible for maintaining high procedural quality standards and contributing to safe, efficient lab operations throughout each case.

Qualifications
