Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care using nursing process and established standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health professionals to support research and quality improvement.
• Prescribes in-patient and discharge medications per practice protocol and NYS law.
• Maintains current expertise and provides education to peers and staff.
• Ensures safe, evidence-based care across the continuum of services.
