Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a growing cardiovascular program in Southeast Alabama. The incoming EP will work with two EP Cardiologists and APPs, focusing on EP procedures and rhythm care.

The role supports a broad EP scope with ablations, device management, and outpatient/inpatient care, offering a strong referral base and facility access.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• ACGME Internal Medicine residency.
• Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Board certified or board eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Alabama medical license.
• Eligible for hospital and procedural privileges.
• Current EP fellows graduating in 2027 are encouraged to apply.
• Strong procedural, communication, and multidisciplinary-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with heart rhythm disorders.
• Perform diagnostic electrophysiology procedures.
• Conduct catheter-based electrophysiology procedures and ablations.
• Implant and manage pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices.
• Provide outpatient EP consultations and longitudinal care.
• Provide inpatient EP coverage and collaborate with cardiology teams.
• Develop treatment plans for complex arrhythmias with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
