Job summary

Grandview Medical Center is seeking an Echo Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound studies, ensuring accurate images for physician assessment. You will collaborate with the care team to prioritize patient safety, comfort, and correct patient identification prior to procedures.

You will be responsible for acquiring 2-D, M-mode, and Doppler studies, including Stress Echo and Dobutamine images, while documenting results in the EMR and maintaining instrument readiness for patient

Qualifications

• Proficient in echocardiographic imaging (2-D, M-mode, Doppler).
• Strong patient communication and comfort with teams.
• Experience documenting results in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic studies per standards and physician guidelines.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and positioning during exams.
• Acquire Stress Echo and Dobutamine images per benchmarks and timelines.
• Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) while ensuring safety.
