Qualifications

• Education: Accredited Sonography Program or Associates Degree (Preferred).
• Experience: 1 year Imaging Experience (Preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: RDCS/ RCS with Pediatric Echo preferred; CPR/BLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs cardiac sonography examinations.
• Produces quality images following protocols.
• Maintains clinical documentation per scope of practice.
• Educates patients/families regarding the procedure.
• Positions patient and completes the procedure.
• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Follows RHS policies and reports variances.
• Delivers timely and compassionate patient care.
