Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR is seeking an Echocardiograph Technologist for per diem/day shift. The role performs cardiac ultrasound exams, supports invasive echocardiography, and adapts procedures to special circumstances under physician orders.

Qualified candidates bring Oregon Sonographer registration or CCI/ARDMS credentials, and BLS certification. Preferred are 1 year of cardiovascular ultrasound experience and an AS degree in a related field.

Competenze

• Required: Oregon Sonographer at hire.
• Required: National Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) or National Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) or National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS).
• Required: BLS certification.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Noninvasive Cardiovascular Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Preferred: 1 year cardiovascular ultrasound experience.
• Minimum: 800 exams using all imaging modalities.

Mansioni

• Perform cardiac ultrasound exams per physician orders.
• Identify presence or absence of disease using anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Assist physicians with invasive echocardiography including TEE and echo-guided procedures.
• Modify procedures to meet special circumstances and provide clinically useful information.
