Job summary

Prisma Health’s Echocardiography department at the Oconee Medical Campus seeks a skilled sonographer to perform all echocardiography lab exams, delivering quality patient care with ultrasound and lab equipment. You will assist with TEE procedures and ensure exams meet IAC/smart protocol standards.

The role rotates across locations, participates in after-hours and on-call coverage, and requires ARDMS-RDCS or CCI certification, an Associate degree in radiology or sonography, and 1 year of echo

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiology or sonography.
• 1 year echo sonography experience.
• ARDMS-RDCS or CCI (RCS) certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all echocardiography lab exams.
• Assists with TEE procedures.
• Reviews images and paperwork for quality exams.
