Job summary

SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City seeks an echocardiography professional to perform diagnostic procedures assessing cardiac structures and hemodynamics, for either adult or pediatric patients.

The role supports patient safety, prepares and submits high-quality images to PACS, and participates in a busy cardiovascular ultrasound department. Education requires completion of an Echosonography program; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Performs diagnostic procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics.
• Completes an echocardiography program.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic procedures, records test results and reports results.
• Monitors patient comfort and safety during tests and alerts physicians to abnormalities.
• Maintains supplies and ensures equipment is in proper working condition.
