Job summary
El Camino Health is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer I to perform ultrasound studies on inpatients and outpatients, applying imaging care principles under supervision. The role may require weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation and occasional campus rotation.
Ideal candidates hold a CAAHEP-accredited credential, an AA/AS degree, and relevant acute care experience. RDCS/RCS or fetal/pediatric credentials are preferred for advancement.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiac Sonography program accredited by CAAHEP.
- Minimum AA/AS degree required.
- Experience in acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Experience performing Adult TTE, TEE, or Adult Stress Echocardiograms.
