Job summary

Freeman Health System seeks a skilled Cardiac Diagnostics leader to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate the clinical staff under Perioperative Services. You will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure adequate staffing and safe, efficient operations across Cardiac Diagnostics.

Qualifications include ARDMS/CCI certification as an echo cardiographer and current licensure as a Registered Vascular Technologist or Cardiac Sonographer.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARDMS or CCI certification as an echo cardiographer.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Vascular Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, directs, coordinates and evaluates all clinical staff for Cardiac Diagnostics under the Director of Perioperative Services.
• Ensures adequate staffing for daily operations and optimal resource use while addressing operational safety concerns.
• Collaborates with perioperative leadership, cardiologists and staff to align with budgets, policies and strategic goals.
