Job summary

Qualifications

• IL RN license current

• Current AHA CPR
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts to accommodate staffing
• Certain positions may require call
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; use patient handling equipment with assistance when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience
• Coordinate patient-centered care across the continuum
• Ensure readiness for transitions to other healthcare delivery systems or home communities
• Deliver, assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care according to standards

Education

IL RN license
