Job summary

Baxter Health in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a PRN, day-shift Allied Health professional responsible for non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing, including impedance cardiography, EKGs, and holter monitoring, under the supervision of the Cardiac Diagnostics Coordinator and Cardiopulmonary Director.

The role includes downloading and transmitting diagnostic data into patient electronic medical records, with a focus on accuracy and timely data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CRC Bronze acceptable.
• Experience in cardiac diagnostic testing preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must maintain current BLS certification; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing (EKG, Holter, impedance cardiography).
• Download and transmit diagnostic data into the patient EMR under supervision.

SUMMARY:

Responsible and accountable for obtaining non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing including, but not limited to, impedance cardiography, electrocardiograms, and holter monitoring under the supervision of the Cardiac Diagnostics Coordinator and Cardiopulmonary Director. Responsible and accountable for downloading and transmitting diagnostic data into patient electronic medical records

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification (“CRC”) certificate.

Experience: Previous experience in cardiac diagnostic testing (EKG’s and Holters) preferred, but not required. Willing to train individual with desire and initiative to learn.

Certification: Must maintain current BLS certification.

Other: Basic computer skills required.

Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
