Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Centennial Heart is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician for a full-time day shift, Monday to Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The role focuses on interrogating and reprogramming cardiac devices, troubleshooting device issues, and documenting analyses in the EMR to ensure high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a related science and at least 5 years of experience, or a current Cardiac Device Technology Certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relatable science; highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing and reprogramming cardiac pacemakers and AICDs or a current Cardiac Device Technology Certification.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate, interpret, and re-program cardiac devices with minimal physician supervision.
• Troubleshoot critical device issues and take immediate steps toward resolution.
• Collaborate with physicians regarding device status and document analysis in EMR.
